How many times have you heard "It's the journey, not the destination"? All about the adventure right? I’m sure many would echo that sentiment, after spending endless hours getting ready for a show only to be sidelined by a bad belt or a blown hose. Yep, pure adventure, pure adventure. The blue Chevy you see here is owned by one of those guys that follows that mantra.
David Perez started worked with air-cooled cars but soon his tastes slowly changed. He started eyeballing cool sleds based on shoebox designs from Ford and Chevy. Working for legendary Gene Winfield for a while didn’t hurt either. After about a year of bugging his wife nonstop about getting a 50’s car, she told him to go find it.
