Dick Lewis

I first met Dick Lewis at the Lehigh Valley Timing Associations 50 th anniversary show in May of 2005. His '32 roadster had just the right look, there were vintage speed parts everywhere, and everything fit; there wasn't a thing out of place. At first glance I thought that I had stumbled upon an old rod that was restored, but the more I looked the more I began to see that this wasn't the case. There were a ton of details tucked away, little things like the right hose clamps, and the right nuts and bolts. The whole thing just looked so perfect. After talking with him for a short time, we found an appropriate parking lot, and I began taking in the roadster through my lens. The more I looked at the car, the more I found to appreciate. It is in the details that a car is in fact made whole.
