Nasty Rat

This 1960 Chevy Belair two-door post sedan was purchased by Rick Shephard in mid-1967 out of Whittier, Ca. for cheap because the distributor was in 180 out .
When the car was purchased it was white with the same stock gray interior it has now. The previous owner had installed the '66 Thunderbird power bucket seats that are still in use, and still work. It featured magnesium American five-spokes, and a real deal '67 Corvette L-88 427 drivetrain - of mysterious, never-investigated origin (mind you, this was in '67) - with the aluminum heads, aluminum high rise, a Holley carb, a Muncie four-speed, and even the shifter, all out of the Corvette. Also from the Corvette were the 427 Turbo Jet fender scripts, and the three-spoke steering wheel, which it still has.
