When you’re building a custom motorcycle for a client, it’s often a battle between a few things. What the customer wants or sees in their mind, and what the builder sees and is capable of doing. Of course, there’s also what the customer has for a budget, and what the builder has time to do. Luckily, when bike owner Rachael Epstein, of Baltimore, Maryland found bike builder Joe Zito in New Jersey, things worked out for everyone.
